The location was great and stunning, for example, a historic church was not too far away from the hotel. I had unique and luxurious family queen suite. Exceptional service was provided.

Welcoming and incredible staff entire time.

The hotel was quirky and romantic with magnificent location next to the ramparts, Galle Fort and the main shopping street of Galle.

The breakfasts were delicious and tasty with Western hot food, both Sri Lankan and fruits and all the staff was incredible.

The property was unique with very pleasant staff always at your service.

The bed was quite small, that's my bad luck.

The breakfast was fantastic and lovely, they make lots of meals.

our stay at bartizan was absolutely amazing! from the personalized welcome card to the breathtaking and spacious room, everything exceeded our expectations. the breakfast spread served on our private balcony was incredible. the staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. definitely worth every penny!

The total stay was excellent of 2 nights. The guest room was modern, I felt like at home. Marvellous view, the bed was extremely comfy. It had incredible and amazing location, just off a lot of cafes/restaurants and the galle fort close to all the stores and restaurants.

It was the best of Galle hotels I visited before. The atmosphere created was unique.

Wi-Fi was weak tbh and there was quite small bed in my room.

Breakfast was incredible, I truly enjoyed almost everything.

The staff were welcoming and courteous all the time. I had a tidy room with an ironing set, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area. They offered me toast, pancakes, fruit, and eggs in the morning.

I recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel with a fantastic location in Galle Fort. The hotel has only 10 rooms, ensuring a cozy and intimate atmosphere. It is conveniently located near Pedlar Street, allowing easy access to Galle's popular streets. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was plentiful and delicious, offering a variety of options. the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, making our experience even better.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the hotel did not offer lunch, dinner, or room service, which can be inconvenient.

Spotlessly clean and huge units with very comfortable beds, a balcony and good ac, and the staff were incredible.

Unfortunately, there was no service.

The rooms were neat and new-fashioned with magnificent views of the lake and temple of tooth. Extra facilities such as coffee & tea making machines and fridges were really useful.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. Considering the prices, the high levels of service, and the attention to detail, it's hard to believe this isn't a higher-rated establishment. The location inside the historic Galle Fort is unbeatable, with so many good places to visit just a stone's throw away. Despite being in the heart of the fort, the hotel is surprisingly quiet and convenient. It's perfect for checking out the fort and the surrounding area, as it's close to all the shops and restaurants.
